What is an Over-The-Net Home Evaluation?

Using the information you have submitted to us, we will conduct an Over-The-Net Home Evaluation by searching the database of all homes sold in your direct area in the last 4 months.  You will receive a link to this data in order to view active listings and recent sales that should be comparable to your criteria.

With this current market information, you will be able to get a ball park figure of the market value of your home in today’s market.  Note that upgrades, presentation, decor, location, premium and square footage has no special search engine in our analysis, therefore it cannot be taken into consideration. What is a comparative market analysis? (CMA)

A CMA is when you meet with one of our sales representatives at your home.  The sales representative needs to see your home in order to take into consideration the upgrades, the presentation of your home, the decor, the location of your home and any other premium your home may have to offer.

This type of evaluation will give you the price that one of our experts believes your home should sell for. 

We can also, help you determine what your net amount after all expenses would be.
